RECORD INDEX After you've finished reading all the required information in the REGULATIONS board up above, this should be your second stop! The character creation board, where you will create your character and it will be indexed in one of the following sub boards that are located inside. It's a relatively simple application for those whom prefer short apps, though you're free to be as in-depth as you'd like. Don't forget to stop by the cbox and say hello while waiting! THIRD FLOOR The third and final floor of the UMBRELLA Research Facility. It is here that board meetings are held between the head Researchers and selected Associates, as well as the office for the Director. There are also a couple other areas to visit up here for the Researchers or Guardsmen, and it tends to be a relatively peaceful place to simply come and think for the men and women working here. It almost makes it seem like there isn't an underground torture chamber. |

SECOND FLOOR Comprising of most of the facilities office rooms and research laboratories where the Researchers study different types of serums, mutations, among other things. A lounge is also up here where most of the Researchers come throughout the day to relax, drink a cup of coffee, and simply just ignore the world around them. The halls of the second floor are covered in priceless art, often Van Gogh and Da Vinci's work with a few sculptings of the Greek deities. |

FIRST FLOOR A white stoned building with beautifully crafted bullet proof windows, a garden up the sidewalk leading to the glass double doors of the facility, and a white walled lobby with hanging plants and smiling Researcher Associates at every corner. There are few Guards visible, allowing family members to visit their husbands, wives, or children that might be working in the building. The marble floors are sparkling clean and white as well, and this floor is refreshing with air conditioning and office rooms and a cafeteria for Researchers and Guardsmen. All visitors are supervised, however. |

UNDERGROUND Directly below the research facility is the Underground Floor of UMBRELLA, where the Experiments are housed and forced to live. It is dark with dim lights in the halls, mirroring a dungeon with steel doors for every cell that the children and teens being Experimented on live within. There are areas of interest however, enough just to make living here bearable and entertaining so that the Experiments simply don't off themselves. Most of the action goes on down here, completely different than the refreshing and peaceful appearing atmosphere being displayed upstairs.
